applications: Ideal for high volume coil wrapping applications, ground and barrier insulation, outer protective wrap for bobbin applications, coil end insulation anchoring leads and terminal board pads.

百格測試：
百格測試是電鍍行業(yè)、絲印及漆面進行附著力測試的一種實驗。如家具、手機等行業(yè)。 日本工業(yè)標準(JIS)分為1~5*，*數(shù)越高，要求越嚴格。 |
測試步驟：
? 用刀口寬約10mm~12mm的百格刀在測試樣本表面劃10×10(100個) 的正方形小網(wǎng)格，以1mm~1.2mm為間隔，每一條劃線應深及油漆底層；
? 用毛刷將測試區(qū)域的碎片刷干凈；
? 用25mm寬的君達51596膠帶或等同效力的膠紙牢牢粘住被測試的小網(wǎng)格，并用橡皮擦用力擦拭膠帶以加大膠帶與被測區(qū)域的接觸面積及力度；
? 用手捏住膠帶一端，以垂直方向（90°）迅速扯下膠紙，同一位置進行2次相同試驗。
結(jié)果判定： 手機客戶要求附著力≥4B為合格。
