LD施膠度測(cè)量套裝

本套裝是根據(jù)GB-T 460-2002 紙施膠度的測(cè)定(墨水劃線(xiàn)法)要求而設(shè)計(jì)的專(zhuān)門(mén)用于紙和紙板施膠度測(cè)定工具。

l 用具
劃線(xiàn)器（鴨嘴筆）、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)墨水、透明標(biāo)準(zhǔn)寬度片、玻璃平板（自備）。
測(cè)量方法
1、按GB/T 450要求，切取value="150" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">150mm*value="150" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">150mm的試樣，標(biāo)明正反面。每面紙至少需要3個(gè)試樣。*好戴手套操作，避免直接用手接觸測(cè)試面。
2、調(diào)整劃線(xiàn)器的寬度，使之與要測(cè)試的紙對(duì)應(yīng)。如40value="50" hasspace="False" negative="True" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">-50克紙為value=".5" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">0.50毫米，value="60" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">60克紙為value=".75" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">0.75毫米。并注滿(mǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)墨水。
3、把試樣平鋪于玻璃板上，把劃線(xiàn)器與玻璃板呈45°角，迅速輕劃一直線(xiàn)，（在一秒鐘內(nèi)應(yīng)該劃value="10" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">10厘米以上）。
4、如果墨水不擴(kuò)散不滲透，需不斷調(diào)整（增加）筆的寬度劃線(xiàn)，直至發(fā)生擴(kuò)散或滲透。如果出現(xiàn)擴(kuò)散或滲透，需不斷調(diào)整（減少）筆的寬度劃線(xiàn)，直至不發(fā)生擴(kuò)散或滲透。
5、把試樣自然風(fēng)干后，用透明標(biāo)準(zhǔn)寬度片進(jìn)行比較（試樣頭、尾各value="1.5" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">1.5cm不要），每面不發(fā)生擴(kuò)散或滲透的線(xiàn)條*大寬度即是紙的施膠度。

l 參考數(shù)據(jù)：凸版印刷用紙的施膠度約為value=".25" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">0.25毫米，膠版印刷用紙的施膠度為value=".75" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">0.75毫米。一般食品包裝紙40value="50" hasspace="False" negative="True" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">-50克的施膠度為value=".5" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">0.50毫米，value="60" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">60克的為value=".75" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">0.75毫米。
