Directional valves type H-4WEH…
The valve type H-4WEH is a directional spool valve with electrohydraulic actuation. It controls the start, stop and direction of
a flow.
The directional valves basically consist of the main valve
with housing (1), the main control spool (2), one or two return
springs (3.1) and (3.2), as well as the pilot control valve (4)
with one or two solenoids "a" (5.1) and/or "b" (5.2).
The main control spool (2) in the main valve is held in the
zero or initial position by the springs or by means of pressurization. In the initial position, the two spring chambers (6)
and (8) are connected with the tank in a depressurized form
via the pilot control valve (4). The pilot control valve is supplied with pilot oil via the control line (7). Supply can be effected internally or externally (externally via port X).
Upon actuation of the pilot control valve, e.g. solenoid "a",
the pilot control spool (10) is moved to the left and thus, the
spring chamber (8) is pressurized with pilot pressure. The
spring chamber (6) remains depressurized.
The pilot pressure acts on the left side of the main control
spool (2) and moves it against the spring (3.1). This connects
ports P with B and A with T in the main valve.
When the solenoid is switched off, the pilot control spool returns into the initial position (except for impulse spool). The
spring chamber (8) is unloaded to the tank.
The pilot oil from the spring chamber is displaced into channel Y via the pilot control valve.
The pilot oil supply and return can be effected internally
or externally.
The manual override (9) allows control spool (10) to be
moved without solenoid energization.

可分為手動(dòng)換向閥、電磁換向閥、電液換向閥等。
又稱克里斯閥,閥門的一種,具有多向可調(diào)的通道,可適時(shí)改變流體流向。
工作時(shí)借著閥外的驅(qū)動(dòng)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)軸,帶動(dòng)搖拐臂,啟動(dòng)閥板,
使工作流體時(shí)而從左入口通向閥的下部出口,時(shí)而從右入口變換通向下部出口,
實(shí)現(xiàn)了周期變換流向的目的。這種變換閥在石油、化工生產(chǎn)中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,
在合成氨造氣系統(tǒng)中*為常用。此外,換向閥還可作成閥瓣式的結(jié)構(gòu),
多用于較小流量的場(chǎng)合。工作時(shí)只需轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪通過閥瓣來變換工作流體的流向。

單向閥 Check Valve
單向閥又稱止回閥或逆止閥。
用于液壓系統(tǒng)中防止油流反向流動(dòng),
或者用于氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中防止壓縮空氣逆向流動(dòng)。
單向閥有直通式和直角式兩種。
直通式單向閥用螺紋連接安裝在管路上。
直角式單向閥有螺紋連接、板式連接和法蘭連接三種形式。
液控單向閥也稱閉鎖閥或保壓閥,它與單向閥相同,用以防止油液反向流動(dòng)。
但在液壓回路中需要油流反向流動(dòng)時(shí)又可利用控制油壓,
打開單向閥,使油流在兩個(gè)方向都可流動(dòng)。
液控單向閥采用錐形閥芯,因此密封性能好。
在要求封閉油路時(shí),可用此閥作為油路的單向鎖緊而起保壓作用。
液控單向閥控制油的泄漏方式有內(nèi)泄式和外泄式二種。在油流反向出口無背壓的油路中可用內(nèi)泄式;否則需用外泄式,以降低控制油壓力。

壓力繼電器是利用液的壓力來啟閉電氣觸點(diǎn)的
液壓電氣轉(zhuǎn)換元件。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)壓力達(dá)到壓力繼電器的
調(diào)定值時(shí),發(fā)出電信號(hào),使電氣元件(如電磁鐵、電機(jī)、時(shí)間繼電器、電磁離合器等)動(dòng)作,使油路卸壓、換向,執(zhí)行元件實(shí)現(xiàn)順序動(dòng)作,
或關(guān)閉電動(dòng)機(jī)使系統(tǒng)停止工作,起安全保護(hù)作用等。
壓力繼電器有柱塞式、膜片式、彈簧管式和波紋管式四種結(jié)構(gòu)形式。
當(dāng)從繼電器下端進(jìn)油口3進(jìn)入的液體壓力達(dá)到調(diào)定壓力值時(shí),
推動(dòng)柱塞2上移,此位移通過杠桿放大后推動(dòng)微動(dòng)開關(guān)4動(dòng)作。
改變彈簧1的壓縮量,可以調(diào)節(jié)繼電器的動(dòng)作壓力。
應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合:用于安全保護(hù)、控制執(zhí)行元件的順序動(dòng)作、用于泵的啟閉、用于泵的卸荷。
注意: 壓力繼電器必須放在壓力有明顯變化的地方才能輸出電信號(hào)。
若將壓力繼電器放在回油路上,由于回油路直接接回油箱,壓力也沒有變化,所以壓力繼電器也不會(huì)工作。

從流體力學(xué)的觀點(diǎn)看,減壓閥是一個(gè)局部阻力可以變化的節(jié)流元件,即通過改變節(jié)流面積,使流速及流體的動(dòng)能改變,造成不同的壓力損失,
從而達(dá)到減壓的目的。然后依靠控制與調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié),使閥后壓力的波動(dòng)與彈簧力相平衡,
使閥后壓力在一定的誤差范圍內(nèi)保持恒定。
